Volunteer Policy
We cannot have a successful swim season without a whole lot of volunteers! All families who join the Riptide are required to volunteer in one of the following ways:
- Complete 5 volunteer slots
- One *must* be at either Time Trials or makeup Time Trials
- No more than 1 can be a social job
- Volunteer for one of the exempt positions (larger jobs, like the team admin, team rep, head of officials, etc.)
