Hello 13-14 & 15-18 Riptide Families,

Many of our older swimmers may be interested in offering private swim lessons (not affiliated with Riptide) this summer.  Jan at the HOA has asked me to share some important community rules with any families whose swimmers may be offering lessons. 

1. The HOA requires a Liability Waiver to be signed either by the person offering the lessons or if they are younger than 18, their parents.

2. The person giving the lessons must provide proof of accident and liability insurance in the minimum amount of $500,000. The VR Association needs to be named in the policy as an additional insured party.
